Share Your Vision
When you decide that you want to move forward with Artisan Builders, you’ll have a meeting with one of our partners so that we can get a better idea of your vision for your forever home. We’ll share photos and plans and even visit previously built homes based on what your wants and needs are. You’ll then meet with a trusted architect to draw up a set of plans that have you feeling 100 percent satisfied.
Bring Your Vision to Life
Once your plans are finalized, they will be submitted for a building permit. The review and approval process takes an average of 90 days from the date of submission to Fairfax county. After submitting your plans, you’ll begin preparing for the construction phase.
Meet Your Home Team
As you wait for the permit to be approved, you’ll meet with your client liaison, job superintendent and other Artisan Builders partners to review all the steps that will take place. You’ll also schedule the initial selection meetings for your home.
Customize Your Home
The client liaison will then provide an outline of your customizations and work to finalize a timeline for your new home. They will schedule and attend meetings with you to ensure everything goes smoothly. The building process can finally begin as soon as the permit is issued. The client liaison will ensure that delays are avoided and that everything goes according to plan during construction.
Start Living Your Dream
When the construction of your new luxury home is complete, you can finally enjoy the home you’ve worked so hard to bring to life. And to ensure everything is working properly, all Artisan homes are serviced for one year after completion.
